This month we’re here to talk about Meditation and Numerology. Meditation can be an important tool used in getting to know yourself. Meditation does not have to be dull, impractical, hard, about religion, or boring. In fact, it has many benefits, which anyone can enjoy. Some of these benefits include less stress, lower blood pressure, tolerance for pain, ability to focus, better perception, longer life spans, and greater understanding of our own bodies. Meditation is not about falling asleep, shutting yourself off from the world, forgetting who you are, or going into a catatonic state.
One of the prime reasons many people meditate today is to understand who they are. They ask "Who am I?" or "Why am I here?" and turn toward Meditation for an answer. Of course,
there are many who think Meditation is phony, or are afraid that a deep plunge into Meditation will cause harm.
There are many practical uses for Meditation in life today.
Success in life or any undertaking, such as the arts, business, medicine, politics, science, sports, or technology, requires focus, self-control, self-mastery, dedication, and a strong will. Meditation can help you to develop these qualities.
As you learn how to meditate, Numerology can give you some insights on how best to focus your efforts. It can be used along with Meditation to gain insight, and understanding into your personality. Numerology can provide the blueprint of your "persona," while Meditation can provide you access to your "inner architect" to help you work with, mold, and balance your personality.

you to tap into your inner fires and passions, and to understand why you may experience life differently than others.
Once we understand that we do have different experiences, we can relate to others
on a new, richer, and deeper level. We can also get a better handle on understanding ourselves. Numerology can show us who we are. We then must decide to work on accepting ourselves.
Meditation, coupled with Numerology and other tools can help us begin to understand, accept, and cherish our bodies, minds, and spirits. Research has shown that Meditation can contribute to your overall well-being, on both a psychological and physiological level.
There have been numerous studies on the benefits of Meditation, which have confirmed
its health advantages. Researchers such as
Herbert Benson, M.D (Harvard), Patricia Norris, Ph.D. (Menninger Foundation),
Dean Ornish, M.D, and
Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. (Umass) have all done amazing studies.
In short, by incorporating Meditation into your life, you can enjoy living a more expanded, balanced, stress-free, happier, productive, and satisfying life. Also, your Personal Aspects (and your other Personal Numerology numbers) can be a guide to show you where to focus your efforts, in life and while meditating.
Generally, those aspects, which are greater/less than the others, will need the most effort in your life. Focusing on, and finding ways to work with, a certain aspect will help to bring it into alignment with the others, and you will feel more centered and balanced.

The Aspect reading is one of the most detailed and important parts of a numerology reading. The Aspects show all of the energies of your personality as they relate to one of four types of energy: Physical (Body), Mental (Mind), Emotional (Soul) and Intuitive (Spirit) energy.
We all live, express, and feel differently. Some of live exclusively in our hearts, while others live in their heads/minds. Some of us are dependent on our senses. Your Aspects indicate how you as an individual function. With them, you will discover the balance between the different parts of your personality.
Generally speaking, your Physical Aspect represents
material & physical qualities. They indicate those aspects of your personality that are related to your physical senses, as well as to your potential for expression, physical strength, and endurance. This aspect can be balanced by incorporating jewelry, or decorations which contain peridot (which helps with physical vitality).
An under balanced Physical Aspect can indicate a tendency toward being based in your mind and emotions. An overbalanced Physical Aspect can indicate strength, but also a tendency toward being stubborn.
Your Mental Aspect represents understanding & learning.
The Mental Aspect indicates the types of expression that you will use in learning, thinking, calculating, and problem solving. Decorating with, or incorporating jewelry, with onyx (which aids objective thinking) can help to balance this aspect. An overbalanced Mental Aspect can show a tendency toward stress and high blood pressure, when outlets for downtime, leisure, and creativity are not found.
Your Emotional Aspect represents relationships & feelings. The Emotional Aspect represents your ability to express toward yourself, and others. It also relates to your ability to feel, and empathize. Utilizing
Topaz (balances emotions) can help to balance this aspect. An under balanced Emotional Aspect can indicate someone who tends to be introverted.
Your Intuitive Aspect represents
Spirituality. The Intuitive Aspect indicates your cognitive, perceptive, and intuitive abilities and how you may understand your own introspective capacity. Utilizing amethyst or sapphire (inner peace, third eye stimulation) can help to balance this aspect. An overbalanced Intuitive aspect can indicate someone who tends to daydream, is aloof, far out in thought, or uninterested in everyday reality.
As your learn about yourself, and your own needs, it will become easier for you to understand that quiet time to meditate, reflect and center can be very healthy and rewarding. Utilizing the stones mentioned above, color, music, or elements of your choosing you could incorporate personally appropriate methods for balancing, and self-growth, into your meditations.
The regular use of Meditation, and your Personal Aspects can be very powerful life-tools that will help you make life-enhancing changes, and to know and accept yourself. These tools can also help you to plan, organize, and build a healthy, balanced life.
Meditation can help you revitalize, center, open up, and get in touch with your fundamental beliefs and desires. Meditation, along with Numerology and other spiritual tools can help you to connect with a part of yourself that can be open, eager, willing, determined and more powerful than you can imagine.
